Can I use Pond Pro 2000 for fountain leak repair?

Yes. Pond Pro 2000 can be used to repair leaks in fountains, including certain concrete, EPDM-lined, fiberglass, and similar water-holding surfaces. Pond Pro specifically states that the coating works on non-porous concrete fountains, and its guidance also discusses fountain repairs.

Can I coat over an EPDM liner that has already failed?

Yes. It goes on in one coat with no primer, straight over a failed third-party coating. On EPDM put a light flash coat down first and leave it 24 hours, then apply the main coat. It also works on concrete, fiberglass, acrylic, weathered vinyl, TPO, pools, fountains and concrete tanks.
