Where we ship,
and how fast.

Orders are shipped to all U.S. states, with the exception of California, due to VOC regulations. Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and guarantees shipment by the next business day.

Orders go out through FedEx or UPS. If you do not want the carrier to leave your order at the door when you are not at home, you must contact us before your order ships so we can arrange for a signature required form to be delivered to you.

We are not responsible for lost orders that are left at your delivered location.

We gladly replace any items you receive damaged by the carrier. It is the consumers responsibility to check the order before shipping company leaves. After shipping company leaves you have accepted the order and verified that it was not damaged as it cannot be returned. POND PRO 2000 will provide a replacement on any damaged materials.
