PondPro 2000's success is in its formulation — a highly flexible Butyl/Polyether chemistry that achieves high elongation and adhesion in total water immersion. The catalyst is already in the can. During the curing process it forces trapped air to the surface and forms a chemical cross-link with whatever is underneath. The coating and the original pond become one in the same.
